About This Class

CrossFit MAC classes consist of constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity. In other words, the Programming is meant to keep your muscles guessing in order to ensure the best return on the time invested at the gym. Classes are limited to 8 athletes (10 in Brossard) so you will be properly coached through movements to guarantee proper technique and in a fun and exciting atmosphere. Come push yourself more than you ever though possible.
