About This Class

The Yoga Stretching class structure works in 2 phases. The first is mobility: joint mobilization, dynamic and static warm ups, joint preparation and refinement of the movements. The second is stretching: holding stretches for long periods of time spread out in multiple sets. Deep stretching guaranteed. The class is geared towards novice to advanced athletes, those going through rehab for sport or work related injuries and for those looking for a very deep stretch to help them throughout their day to day!
