Your new workout partner

We’re excited to be the first fitness club to launch a service completely dedicated to making sure you’re getting the most out of our membership; introducing your new Client Care Specialist!

Working out at least twice a week increases your likelihood of staying motivated and hitting your fitness objectives. This is our commitment to personally reaching out when we notice you haven’t been consistent in your workouts. That’s right, we’re calling you – because if you’re not hitting your goals then we’re not doing our job.

Starting Off Strong

Our Client Care Specialist will follow up with you to make sure you’re adjusting well to Mansfield, to answer any of your questions and to ensure that you have taken advantage of your free 60-minute consultation with a personal trainer.

Your first month at the club – congrats, you made it!

Already 4 weeks into your new fitness routine, you should be feeling pretty good! Our Client Care Specialist will call you to make sure that your motivation level is high, that you’ve had the chance check out our classes and other club services, have the tools and information you need and ensure you’re taking every step to reach your goals by working out at least 3 times a week!

Returning from injury, pregnancy or time away

Client Care will contact you to ease the process of getting back on track, suggest tools we can provide to make sure you’re comfortable, help you set new objectives and get you moving!
