Restorative (Hatha) Yoga - (90 minutes) Restore the body and renew the spirit as you quiet the mind with yoga basics. Ideal for all - beginners, those recovering from injuries, practitioners that want to refine their practice. The use of props (blocks, blankets and straps) aid to support and ease the body into poses which are held for longer periods of time. The body relaxes; the mind becomes still in this walking meditation.

Running Club - (60 minutes) Outside whenever possible! Proper warm up, as well as running techniques and drills will be addressed. Train to complete a 5K or 10K run (or more!). Get to know people with the same passion as you. Just go to the fitness desk to meet the running coach and get information about the session of the day. For all levels.
