Alexis is your specialist when you're looking to get back into shape, regardless of your current fitness level. He enjoys integrating kettle bells and agility ladders into his clients' workouts to push their limits. Alexis plays basketball, soccer and beach volleyball. With his experience in athlete preparation with the Montreal Impact Academy, he will be able to coach you towards increasing your cardiovascular capacity, your agility, and overall strength.
