She holds a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology, is a certified member of the CSEP (Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology), and completed a TRX® and Kettlebells training. Tiffany is currently completing her master’s degree in physiotherapy. “I’m in college all day and in the evening I’m at Mansfield. I have been teaching for five years. I love doing physical activity; for me, it’s not a job. It’s my passion,” she explains. Her secret for a healthy lifestyle and how to have energy from morning to night? A good night’s sleep, a healthy diet and physical exercise. “All three are essential,” she says. At Mansfield, she focusses her energies on private training. Her philosophy gives people confidence and has fun. “It’s important to me that the person feels comfortable and is at ease. Everyone is different. I chat with each client for 20 minutes to learn about their goals and personality. I like to have fun, laugh, be funny and create a light atmosphere.” When she is not studying full-time, she also teaches MetCon (Metabolic Conditioning). “It’s like baby CrossFit. Cardio and strength training, but less complex than CrossFit. And it’s accessible to all. It works the whole body and provides a lot of energy!”
